Abstract Submission

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2020 Virtual GIS in the Rockies Conference! Abstract submission applies to both speakers and poster presenters. Please use the appropriate link below to submit your abstract today! Abstract submission deadline is September 18, 2020.

with any questions about presenting. Please DO NOT register for the conference until AFTER you have received your presentation and/or poster abstract acceptance. Thank you in advance!

 

Presenters attend the 2020 Virtual Conference at NO CHARGE! 

 

Please submit your abstract using the appropriate link — you may submit multiple abstracts, but please use the appropriate link for each submittal.

Presenter/Speaker Guidelines

  • 30-minute time slots (25 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for live Question and Answer session).

  • You must pre-record your presentation.

  • You must consent on the abstract submission form to having your presentation broadcast during the event.

  • You should be available for 5 minutes at the end of your presentation for a live Q & A session.

  • You will upload your pre-recorded presentation on a form that will be provided by the Program Committee.

  • No solicitation of products or services unless you are submitting an abstract for the Vendor Showcase.

 

Poster Guidelines

  • You can submit a traditional poster, an interactive web mapping application, or a story map. Dashboards will be included in the web mapping application category.

  • You may submit more than one poster type, but please submit a new abstract form for each submittal.

  • Traditional posters will be submitted to the Poster Coordinator in a PDF format.

  • You will upload your poster submittal on a form provided by the Poster Committee.

  • No solicitation of products and/or services.
